A company is looking for a Clinical Care Reviewer II - Multistate License - Post Acute Care RN. Key Responsibilities Process medical necessity reviews for healthcare services and assist with discharge planning activities Coordinate care and facilitate timely discharge to an appropriate level of care Document and communicate with healthcare partners to ensure effective care coordination Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Completion of an accredited registered nursing (RN) degree program Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience Preferred experience in med/surgical, emergency acute clinical care, or home health Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in state(s) of practice MCG Certification required or must be obtained within six (6) months of hire
