A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Specialist Manager to oversee the Clinical Documentation Management program for multiple hospitals. Key Responsibilities Oversee the performance and expectations of Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Specialists and collaborate with various healthcare professionals Implement strategic planning and ensure compliance with documentation guidelines across the hospitals Provide education and collaboration to enhance documentation practices and monitor productivity and financial oversight Required Qualifications Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing New Jersey Registered Nurse License is required Certification CDIP or CCDS preferred, or must obtain within one year of employment Prior experience as a Clinical Documentation Specialist is required, with a minimum of two years preferred Understanding of ICD-10-CM coding requirements is necessary
