Key Responsibilities
Strategically partner with executive leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies
Lead high-impact people strategies to enhance business effectiveness across functions
Act as a change agent and drive accountability within a performance-driven culture
Required Qualifications
10+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting senior executives
Proven leadership experience in managing and developing a team of People Partners
Strong understanding of organizational design, workforce planning, and employment law
Experience in a global technology, marketing, or SaaS company
Relevant HR certifications or a Master's degree in HR or a related discipline
