Key Responsibilities Direct and monitor activities, scheduling, and work assignments for the finance team Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and manage team tasks related to claims and appeals Supervise, coach, and develop staff while maintaining positive relationships with internal and external partners Required Qualifications Associates Degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 2 years applicable work experience in a related environment At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity Specialized training in specific area of responsibility is helpful Preferred experience in claims, auditing, and implementation processes
