New York Licensed Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Support Desk Specialist to join their IT team.
Key Responsibilities
Triage IT Support tickets by troubleshooting and providing support for computer systems, software, and hardware
Follow and enforce NY DFS cybersecurity policies and manage accounts and access controls
Provide end user support for Microsoft Operating Systems and business applications, including user training
Required Qualifications
A college degree, technical education, or equivalent work experience
2-5 years of experience in an IT support role
ITIL4 Foundations certification preferred
Experience with ticketing systems and cloud computing preferred
Technical troubleshooting skills with an understanding of Windows Operating Systems
