A company is looking for a Community SOC Family Partner. Key Responsibilities Educate parents/caregivers on navigating child-serving systems and accessing community resources Assist members in choosing service providers and developing care plans Participate in System of Care planning, coordination, and training Required Qualifications High School diploma Minimum of four years of experience as a primary caregiver for a child or youth receiving Medicaid or State funded behavioral health services Preferred two years of paid experience working directly with individuals with behavioral health or intellectual/developmental disabilities Must have a valid driver's license Must reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status
