A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Crisis Clinician (Full-Time Remote, North Carolina Based).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic screenings, triage, and referrals for individuals seeking mental health services
Make clinical triage decisions and ensure timely connections to appropriate services while maintaining caller safety
Provide support and consultation to non-licensed staff and assist with training new employees
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a Human Services field
Minimum of three years of post-degree experience in mental health support services
Current, active, and unrestricted behavioral health license issued by a North Carolina Professional Board
Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws regarding client rights and confidentiality
Ability to assess clinical needs and manage high-stress situations effectively
