A company is looking for a Human Relations Counselor responsible for providing Brief Strategic Family Therapy services to families at risk of out-of-home placement. Key Responsibilities Provide family therapy services in compliance with the Brief Strategic Family Therapy model Complete documentation and record-keeping in line with the BSFT model and related billing Participate in consultation sessions, training opportunities, and agency meetings Required Qualifications Master's Degree in mental health, social work, family-marriage counseling, or a related field Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of clinical experience working with families Demonstrated ability to work with all family members Basic knowledge and understanding of family systems
