A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to manage real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of commercial properties. Key Responsibilities Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and manage project initiation and scope definition Negotiate business terms as both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent Coordinate sales negotiations, monitor lease expirations, and manage the disposition of surplus space Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of real estate transactions or related experience; combination of experience and education may be considered Real Estate salesperson license required In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products Extensive organizational skills and sophisticated math skills for financial calculations Leadership skills to influence team quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
