A company is looking for an Inside Claims Representative. Key Responsibilities Investigates and adjudicates claims, ensuring compliance with statutory laws and maintaining reserves Establishes contact with all parties involved in the claim and evaluates and negotiates claims Responds to inquiries from policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders while maintaining knowledge of relevant laws Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED and two years of related claims handling or customer service experience required Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred Successful completion of Introduction to Insurance (INTRO) and Introduction to Claims (AIC 30) preferred Must obtain appropriate licenses as required by state within specified timeframes
