Ohio Licensed Client Success Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships proactively to drive value and support new group implementations
Lead open enrollment meetings and educate clients to enhance employee participation
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, support renewals, and present data-driven insights
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, with sales experience required
Must secure a Life & Health license within 60 days of starting
Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders across various mediums
Proven ability to investigate and resolve client issues
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools preferred
