A company is looking for a Controller to manage financial operations and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial statements in accordance with US GAAP Oversee accounting compliance, including Sales and Use Tax and annual corporate tax filings Lead the financial statement audit process and manage payroll and benefits administration Required Qualifications: 7+ years of accounting and finance experience, including 4+ years in financial statement preparation Advanced knowledge of GAAP standards and general accounting practices Experience with corporate taxes and Sales and Use tax compliance Preferred experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks Online, and SaaSOptics/Maxio Understanding of the SaaS business model is highly preferred
