Oncology Associate Director
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Study Site Engagement (Oncology). Key Responsibilities Facilitate partnerships between study teams, study sites, and CROs, ensuring effective communication and engagement strategies Support trial operations from feasibility through CSR, including site identification and recruitment strategies Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with study sites to enhance engagement and improve trial outcomes Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Scientific degree (MD, PhD, MA/MS, BA/BS) in pharmaceutical science, chemistry, biology, or medical/healthcare preferred 10+ years of experience in clinical research, preferably in Oncology clinical trials Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams Fluency in spoken and written English
