Key Responsibilities Lead remediation efforts for orphaned solar customers and ensure timely resolution of issues Develop and maintain relationships with O&M partners and utility representatives to facilitate project completion Analyze data related to customer issues and system performance to identify areas for improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 4+ years of experience in the solar industry Experience with project management tools and methodologies, utility regulations, and installation requirements Strong understanding of solar system design, engineering, and utility requirements Advanced skills in Salesforce, Tableau, and MS Office, particularly Excel Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
