PAP Specialist
A company is looking for a PAP Specialist to manage patient care and compliance for Positive Airway Pressure devices. Key Responsibilities Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide usage instructions Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and insurance claims to ensure compliance Monitor and manage client compliance with PAP equipment and communicate with referral sources Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services For senior level, two years of work-related experience and one year of exact job experience required Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
