Key Responsibilities Manage IaaS and PaaS resources on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Administer cloud database services and Oracle PaaS services Provide technical support, incident management, and coordinate escalated support cases Required Qualifications Working knowledge of IaaS and PaaS service models, preferably Oracle Experience with Oracle Autonomous Database Services Advanced experience with Windows Server 2016-2022 or Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7-9 Ability to troubleshoot Windows Server or Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systems BS degree or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise servers or systems
