Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of 3-5 engineers and SREs, fostering a high-performance culture Lead the planning and execution of the Platform Engineering team's roadmap in alignment with business goals Oversee the technical architecture and operations for backend services, ensuring reliability and scalability Required Qualifications Experience managing a backend/cloud team of at least 2 engineers Strong Python programming skills, particularly in data I/O systems programming and Django UI Solid skills with modern cloud-based platforms, especially Google Cloud Experience with Kubernetes and Docker for deployment and scaling Experience building and maintaining scalable systems using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
