Key Responsibilities Design, analyze, develop, test, and implement Epic software applications Provide tier two technical assistance and troubleshoot issues for end users Support the upgrade and maintenance of lab analyzer middleware and blood bank applications Required Qualifications and Education Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS(ASCP)) or equivalent certification Experience with EPIC applications and medical laboratory technology For Senior Analyst level, at least 5 years of experience in medical technology with Epic experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Epic certification and proficiency required for Senior Analyst level
