Oregon Licensed Medical Records Tech

A company is looking for a Medical Records Tech. Key Responsibilities Manage all clinical medical records processes and ensure high accuracy in patient record handling Oversee document management, including chart preparation, scanning, and indexing for patient records Provide customer service regarding medical records processes and ensure timely completion of release of information requests Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate Degree in Health Record Technology preferred Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certification preferred Minimum of 2 years of hospital or medical office experience with a focus on Health Information Management Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
