Oregon Licensed Principal Clinician Recruiter

A company is looking for a Principal Clinician Recruiter to provide full lifecycle recruiting support for clinical and leadership roles. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Clinical and leadership roles, including sourcing and hiring processes Ensure excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout the hiring process Collaborate with Clinical Leadership and People Team on talent planning and onboarding processes Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience recruiting Advanced Practice Clinicians, Physicians, and Clinical Leadership Knowledge of employment law relevant to hiring practices Advanced talent sourcing experience, including internet mining and networking Intermediate experience with CRM software and applicant tracking systems Ability to work remotely in Oregon, preferably in the Portland, Eugene, or Corvallis markets
