Senior Manager, Delivery - PAP

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage PAP service teams to ensure client satisfaction and program performance
Oversee team performance management, including hiring, training, and professional development
Manage financial performance, ensuring alignment with targets and identifying operational efficiencies
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Patient Assistance Programs or healthcare reimbursement services
Previous leadership experience in pharmaceutical support services or healthcare access programs
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to patient support services
Experience with client CRM platforms and case management tools
Must be currently eligible to work for any employer in the United States
