Key Responsibilities
Support partners by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email or phone
Onboard new partners and ensure their payment systems are operational
Manage disputes and chargebacks, providing guidance to partners
Required Qualifications and Education
2+ years of experience in client support, preferably in payments or fintech
Familiarity with payment gateways, terminals, and chargeback processes
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (EST)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Legally authorized to work in the US
