A company is looking for a Patient Experience Advisor to enhance patient and family-centered care in the Roanoke region through a hybrid work model. Key Responsibilities Oversee the implementation of the System Patient Experience strategy to improve patient satisfaction Provide data insights and actionable strategies to support patient experience initiatives Lead educational efforts and workshops on patient experience and human experience solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 3 years of experience in healthcare required Preferred licensure includes Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or other certified healthcare provider CPXP certification preferred Ability to work with minimal direction and lead initiatives effectively
