Patient Liaison

A company is looking for a Patient Liaison to provide support to patients and clinics involved in pharmaceutical research trials. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, study sites, vendors, and related parties Schedule travel and logistics requests for patients enrolled in clinical trials, including arrangements for flights, hotels, and transportation Process expense reimbursements for approved expenses and train study site personnel on using the online portal Required Qualifications BS or BA degree or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or the life sciences industry preferred Experience working with multiple independent vendors to meet deadlines Experience in the travel and/or hospitality industry is a plus Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
