A company is looking for a Patient Support Center Representative - National Remote. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from healthcare providers and identify their assistance needs Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems Document provider issues and track trends for reporting purposes Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older 6+ months of experience in a customer service or healthcare-related environment Experience with computers and the ability to learn complex systems Availability to work Monday - Friday during normal business hours
