Payments Product Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Payments Product Support Specialist to assist customers with payment integration and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers integrating the payment platform into their applications
Act as an internal technical resource for the sales team, addressing inquiries related to system capabilities and payment processes
Maintain a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and assist in identifying trends to improve platform functionality
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in the payments industry in a technical support or product support role
Strong technical understanding of payment processing, card authorization flows, and API-based integrations
Experience with chargeback management, KYC, and fraud prevention processes
Ability to troubleshoot technical errors and guide customers through integration challenges
Familiarity with merchant category codes (MCCs) and alternative payment methods
