A company is looking for a Payments Support Specialist to assist with customer payment queries and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Resolve customer queries regarding payment issues via tickets Troubleshoot issues with payment partners to ensure effective payment processing Escalate issues to the technical team as necessary Required Qualifications At least 0.5 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a related position Competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Financial or Economics degree is a plus Experience with resolving payment-related issues is advantageous
