Payroll and Accounting Associate

A company is looking for a Payroll & Accounting Associate. Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain payroll processing systems for accurate and timely payroll transactions Review and enter invoices, reconcile vendor accounts, and approve corporate credit card transactions Facilitate audits and maintain payroll and payment information for compliance and reference Required Qualifications 5+ years of payroll and payables processing and accounting experience Experience with payroll processing in the US and Canada, and global payroll through PEO and EOR vendors Proficient in using cloud-based platforms for payables processing Extensive knowledge of payroll functions, including preparation and payroll taxes FPC or CPP certification is strongly preferred
