Key Responsibilities
Oversee project set-up and manage client onboarding, ensuring successful implementation of payroll systems
Coordinate and manage client communications, project timelines, and payroll process requirements
Ensure compliance with local tax and labor laws while overseeing data migration and system testing
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance in the designated location
Experience with payroll systems and client-facing project management
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
