People Analytics Implementation Lead
A company is looking for a People Analytics Implementation Lead to onboard and support customers through their data integration and analytics journey.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customers through the initial setup and configuration of the application, including branding and user role setup
Oversee the implementation of new datasets and data projects, coordinating with data engineering resources and supporting customer validation
Maintain project schedules to ensure timely milestone completion and collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation scalability
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience as an implementation consultant
Minimum of 2 years exposure to HR data systems and processes, such as Workday or SuccessFactors
At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, visualization, or HR reporting
Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with a global team
Experience translating technical data requirements between different user groups
