People Capabilities Manager
A company is looking for a North America HUB Training and Development People Capabilities Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee leadership training initiatives to improve performance and engagement
Implement tiered leadership training programs and create training materials for the LMS
Track and analyze training KPIs to continuously improve program outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in leadership and people management
Hands-on experience with servant leadership principles
Proven ability to drive organizational transformation
Expertise in designing and organizing leadership training programs
