A company is looking for a People Experience Partner to enhance employee experiences and support HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HRIS updates, employee records, and operational workflows to ensure accuracy
Act as the primary HR partner for non-exempt support employees, assisting with onboarding and career milestones
Design and deliver engagement programs, including onboarding experiences and recognition initiatives
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of professional HR experience, particularly in HR operations and employee engagement
Confidence in navigating spreadsheets and HRIS platforms
Solid knowledge of HR fundamentals and employee lifecycle best practices
Proven ability to build trust and strong partnerships
Experience supporting non-exempt or hourly employee populations is preferred
