A company is looking for a Licensing Analyst to manage license applications and files for pharmaceutical clients. Key Responsibilities Manage the overall application process for multiple clients across various states Act as a resource for clients regarding state licensing issues and maintain documentation of submissions Engage with government agencies to advocate for clients and provide updates to Account Managers Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience Minimum of 1 year of data processing experience, preferably in a high-volume environment Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SharePoint and Salesforce preferred Experience in customer relationship management Ability to develop and implement process improvements
