Pharmacy Help Desk Specialist
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Benefits Help Desk Specialist to provide customer support in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Answer telephone inquiries and provide exceptional customer service Document calls and educate clients on plan policies and procedures Resolve client drug benefit concerns and initiate prior authorization requests Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred 1 year of customer service/member service experience in a call center or similar Health care industry experience is a plus CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification is a plus Knowledge of plan and benefit structures and Medicare guidelines is a plus
