Pharmacy Technician Certification Required
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician I to provide front-line customer support for a diverse portfolio of customers. Key Responsibilities Provide real-time support to pharmacies with point-of-service inquiries Educate prescribers on formulary and prior authorization processes Assist members with pharmacy benefit inquiries and enter customer data into documentation tools Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Active/current National Pharmacy Technician Certification (NHA or PTCB) or ability to obtain one within the first six months of employment Minimum three years of current/recent PBM and/or pharmacy experience required
