PhD I/O Psychology Faculty
A company is looking for a Contributing Faculty member for a PhD program in I/O Psychology/Management and Human Potential.
Key Responsibilities
Teach assigned courses using an online learning platform and provide timely feedback to students
Maintain reasonable availability for student interaction outside of course discussions
Attend residencies as required and perform other duties as assigned while complying with all policies and standards
Required Qualifications and Education
PhD in the field of study or a closely related field
Significant record of contributions to I/O Psychology, human resource management, or related areas
Two years of experience as a chair or second committee member
At least two years of experience in online or technology-enabled instruction preferred
Commitment to advocating for student learning and development in a distance learning environment
