A company is looking for an Oncology Nurse Navigator. Key Responsibilities Provide triage, support, and education to members during their cancer journey via phone, email, and video communication Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and facilitate end-of-life care discussions Coordinate care and provide clinical support throughout the oncology care continuum, from screening to survivorship or end-of-life care Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a compact unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing Oncology-related certifications such as Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or equivalent, required or to be obtained within 2 years of hire Compact or single state licensure in Alaska, New York, Illinois, Michigan, and/or California preferred
