Population Health Program Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Population Health Strategy. Key Responsibilities Leads and manages day-to-day strategic and operational aspects of multiple projects for the population health program Develops project plans, tracks project status, and assesses project risks while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards Drives continuous improvement and evaluates programs to ensure they meet specified goals and regulatory standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree 5+ years of experience in program or project management preferred Graduate degree in public health, population health, quality, or health care administration is preferred NCQA accreditation experience is a plus
