Population Health Trainer

A company is looking for a Population Health Trainer to develop and implement training programs for their Population Health personnel. Key Responsibilities Design and implement training materials for onboarding and ongoing support of Care Navigators Evaluate and recommend improvements to department processes for efficiency and optimization Execute the Population Health training program and update training materials in line with current policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or 2-3 years of relevant experience in training and process improvement Experience in developing and delivering training programs Strong public speaking, coaching, and facilitation skills Experience in performing quality assurance and performance evaluations Ability to lead and support others in a collaborative environment
