Principal Growth Partner Manager

Key Responsibilities
Onboard and develop 10-20 new upmarket partners within their first year in the Solutions Partner Program
Engage with executive-level stakeholders to build trust and facilitate relationships between HubSpot and partner executives
Create joint business plans and advise on Go-To-Market, sales, and marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in channel or partner development, business development, or alliance management
3+ years of experience working with technology platforms and solutions
Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS and technology consulting firm go-to-market models
Proficiency in program and project management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and work autonomously
