Print Experience Specialist
A company is looking for a Print Experience Specialist to manage customer orders and ensure excellent customer service in print and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage customer orders from entry to fulfillment while maintaining a forecast of customer needs
Provide timely communication and support to customers regarding delivery and any issues with print and fulfillment
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure customer requirements and special instructions are met
Required Qualifications
A degree in business, education, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred, Associate acceptable) with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Ability to improve or develop processes to enhance customer experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce and NetSuite systems preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in data and reporting
Experience in customer service or related fields such as publishing or education
