A company is looking for a Prior Authorization Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead and refine the prior authorization process, ensuring efficient and accurate submission of requests and appeals Act as a subject matter expert on prior authorization workflows and payer engagement strategies Monitor and analyze payer authorization trends to identify opportunities for process improvements Required Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in prior authorization or revenue cycle management, preferably in medical device or rehabilitation therapies Expertise in prior authorization workflows and commercial payer appeals Strong understanding of commercial insurance plans and prior authorization requirements Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree required Preferred Certifications: CPC or similar coding and revenue cycle certification
