HR Technology Manager
A company is looking for a Sr Manager HR Technology (Recruiting / Talent & Performance).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the administration and optimization of Workday, focusing on talent-related modules
Oversee the integration of Talent Acquisition AI tools to enhance automation and decision-making
Facilitate discussions to understand business needs and recommend solutions for Workday configuration
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience supporting Workday, with 3+ years in functional configuration
Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition AI tools and HR technologies
Experience managing a technical team
Workday Core HCM PRO / Workday Recruiting Pro certification preferred
