A company is looking for a Senior Privacy & Cybersecurity Lawyer. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity laws applicable to operations, products, and services Review and negotiate contracts from a data privacy and security perspective Lead the company's privacy and security compliance programs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction 6-10 years of legal experience focused on privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity law Deep knowledge of privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA Experience advising technology or cybersecurity companies on data protection and security matters Certification in privacy law (CIPP, CIPM, etc.) is a plus but not required
