Project Manager, People Strategy
A company is looking for a People Strategy & Enablement Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects end-to-end, from problem definition to final recommendation
Develop and implement project plans while ensuring stakeholder engagement
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in project management, business operations, strategy, or consulting, with at least 2 years in an HR team
Proven track record of navigating complexity and driving results
Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as HR, Finance, and Legal
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects
