A company is looking for a Proposal Lead to manage and coordinate the bid management process for high-stakes proposals. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end bid management process, including bid analysis and timeline establishment Create persuasive bid content and orchestrate collaboration among internal stakeholders for comprehensive responses Continuously refine bid processes and monitor bid performance metrics to drive operational efficiency Required Qualifications BA/BS degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or Economics 10+ years of experience in bid management, deal management, or related fields Experience managing bids for complex and large-scale projects Strong understanding of the bid lifecycle and project management skills Proficiency in using bid management software and familiarity with Payments and/or SaaS industry requirements
