Key Responsibilities Support complex quality issues by communicating effectively with doctors and staff Initiate activities to monitor, evaluate, and maintain the quality of care and services provided to members Prepare summary reports for the Optometry and Medical Directors and quarterly reports for the Quality Management Committee Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in managed care or quality management, particularly in a healthcare setting Experience with Salesforce and MS Excel; knowledge of HEDIS is preferred
