Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and support provider enrollment staff in managing licensing and credentialing processes Collaborate with management on employee relations, including coaching and performance reviews Monitor and ensure timely completion of Medicare provider enrollment tasks and address client concerns Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Two years of supervisory experience Two years of experience in Provider Enrollment Knowledge of NCQA standards related to provider enrollment and health plan enrollment
