A company is looking for a Clinical Resource Nurse. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical expertise and support for complex patient care situations Develop and deliver education programs for nursing and non-nursing staff Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines Required Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unencumbered license Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience 1-2 years in a leadership or educator role within a healthcare environment Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
