A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduler Remote. Key Responsibilities Schedule, cancel, and reschedule outpatient visits and procedures for multiple ambulatory clinics Obtain and verify patient guarantor information to ensure patient records are up-to-date Communicate scheduling modifications and notify personnel of any changes due to patient cancellations Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School diploma or equivalent State criminal background check, and federal if applicable, as required for state department of health regulated areas Ability to sit for extended periods of time Experience in a scheduling or administrative role is preferred Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
